2.1. Sellers may list fashion items for auction on the Service. By listing an item, the seller represents and warrants that they have the right to sell the item.

2.2. Bidders are bound by the highest bid they place during an auction. Bids are considered final and cannot be retracted.

2.3. We reserve the right to remove any listing or cancel any auction at our discretion.

3. Bidding and Payments

3.1. Bidders agree to pay the winning bid amount plus any applicable taxes and fees.

3.2. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information.

4. Auction Completion

4.1. The highest bidder at the end of an auction will be considered the winner.

4.2. Winners will be notified via email and provided with instructions for payment and item delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. All sales are final. Returns and refunds are subject to the seller's policies.

5.2. If an item is significantly misrepresented, buyers may be eligible for a return or refund. Disputes will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Sellers represent and warrant that the items listed do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

6.2. Users may not use any content from the Service without prior written permission from us.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1. Users may not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities on the Service.

7.2. Users may not interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or its infrastructure.

8. Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
